No, ad spend is not included in our service fee. That said, when you create your ad campaign, we will ask you how much you want to spend on your ads – that amount will be added to your invoice.
You get to choose! However, based on what we've seen in the past, we recommend running your ad campaign for 30 - 90 days, spending $5 - $50 per day.
The number of leads you receive will depend on your listing price and location. Historically, we've gotten new leads for as cheap as $5 and as expensive as $75.
Yes! Every lead that you receive comes directly from a potential buyer submitting their information via Facebook or Instagram in response to the ads for your listing.
While this is up to you, we recommend that you spend $300 USD to $2,000 USD on ads. The more expensive your listing is, the more it will generally cost to generate leads.
While we don't offer refunds on your ad spend, if we can't achieve an average cost per lead of $100 USD or less for your ad campaign, we'll give you a full refund on our service fee, no questions asked.
